Apple Tart
Ingredients
- 150ml Milk
- 165ml Cake Flour
- 165ml Sugar
- 1 tin Pie Apples
- 5ml Sunflower Oil
- 1 Eggs
- 1 t Baking Powder
- 1 T Brown Sugar
Method
- Pour the apples into a pie dish and sprinkle with the brown sugar.
- Sift together flour, baking powder, and sugar.
- Combine the milk, oil and egg and mix well.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients, and mix until smooth.
- Pour the mixture over the apples.
- Bake in a moderate oven (180 deg C) until firm (35 - 40 min).
- Serve with fresh whipped cream.
