Corn Puffs Perfect on their own as a snack, or as a side.

Ingredients

  • 300 ml flour
  • 12 ml baking powder
  • 3 ml salt
  • 125 ml rice, cooked
  • 415 g can Creamstyle Sweetcorn
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 45 ml milk

Method

  • Sift the flour, baking powder and salt together.
  • Stir in the rice, sweetcorn and egg, mix well.
  • Add enough milk to form a medium batter and mix well.
  • Drop spoonfuls into hot oil. Fry on both sides until light brown.
