Corn Puffs Perfect on their own as a snack, or as a side.
Ingredients
- 300 ml flour
- 12 ml baking powder
- 3 ml salt
- 125 ml rice, cooked
- 415 g can Creamstyle Sweetcorn
- 1 beaten egg
- 45 ml milk
Method
- Sift the flour, baking powder and salt together.
- Stir in the rice, sweetcorn and egg, mix well.
- Add enough milk to form a medium batter and mix well.
- Drop spoonfuls into hot oil. Fry on both sides until light brown.
