Tomatoes Provencal

Ingredients

  • 4 Tomatoes
  • 80g Breadcrumbs
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 2 sprig Marjoram
  • 1 sprig Rosemary
  • 1 sprig Parsley
  • 2 1/2 ml Salt
  • 15ml Olive Oil
  • 15ml Butter (or Margarine)

Method

  1. First, cut the top off the tomatoes and remove the seeds. Put all of the other ingredients (except the butter) in a separate bowl and mix together. The mixture should be rather crumbly.
  2. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  3. Put the tomatoes in the bowl, salt and fill them with the previously prepared mixture and put a pat of butter on top of each one.
  4. Close the lid, select the AIRGRILL program, set power level 2, set 20 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  5. Once cooked they can be eaten hot or warm.
