Tomatoes Provencal
Ingredients
- 4 Tomatoes
- 80g Breadcrumbs
- 1 clove Garlic
- 2 sprig Marjoram
- 1 sprig Rosemary
- 1 sprig Parsley
- 2 1/2 ml Salt
- 15ml Olive Oil
- 15ml Butter (or Margarine)
Method
- First, cut the top off the tomatoes and remove the seeds. Put all of the other ingredients (except the butter) in a separate bowl and mix together. The mixture should be rather crumbly.
- Remove the paddle from the bowl.
- Put the tomatoes in the bowl, salt and fill them with the previously prepared mixture and put a pat of butter on top of each one.
- Close the lid, select the AIRGRILL program, set power level 2, set 20 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
- Once cooked they can be eaten hot or warm.
