Cheese Puffs Quick and easy snack to serve with beer or wine
Ingredients
- 250 ml flour
- 15 ml baking powder
- 3 ml salt
- 2 ml pepper
- 2 ml cayenne pepper
- 250 ml grated cheese
- 200 ml milk
- 1 egg
Method
- Sift dry ingredients together, toss in cheese.
- Combine egg and milk, mix well. Stir into dry ingredients.
- Spoon into greased patty pans.
- Bake at 200 deg C for 10 to 15 min.
- Makes 24. These freeze well.
