Cheese Puffs Quick and easy snack to serve with beer or wine

Ingredients

  • 250 ml flour
  • 15 ml baking powder
  • 3 ml salt
  • 2 ml pepper
  • 2 ml cayenne pepper
  • 250 ml grated cheese
  • 200 ml milk
  • 1 egg

Method

  • Sift dry ingredients together, toss in cheese.
  • Combine egg and milk, mix well. Stir into dry ingredients.
  • Spoon into greased patty pans.
  • Bake at 200 deg C for 10 to 15 min.
  • Makes 24. These freeze well.
