Chilli Popcorn Munchy, healthy snack to enjoy with an afternoon movie.

Ingredients

  • 50 g Lion Super Pop Popcorn
  • Salt to taste
  • 100 ml sunflower oil
  • 3 to 5 fresh chillies

Method

  • Chilli Oil Preparation:
  • Warm the oil in a saucepan and add the chillies.
  • Leave to cool, then pour into a bottle and leave for 2 - 3 days before use.
  • Popcorn Preparation:
  • Pour a little cooking oil in a pot with a lid and heat.
  • When hot, add a single layer of popcorn, covering the bottom of the pot.
  • Cover with a lid.
  • Popping will soon start.
  • Remove immediately from stove once all the corn has popped.
  • Sprinkle with salt if desired.
  • Butter may be added.
