Ingredients

  • 125 / 62.5 g margarine
  • 500 / 250 ml sugar
  • 125 / 62.5 ml cocoa
  • 125 / 62.5 ml milk
  • 750 / 375 ml rolled oats
  • 250 / 125 ml coconut
  • 2.5 / 1.25 ml vanilla

Method

  • Mix the first four ingredients and boil for exactly 5 minutes.
  • Stir in the remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  • Drop teaspoonfuls onto a greased baking sheet and leave to cool.
